Estonia Piano Company
There is no other company in the piano industry that exudes as much mystery as the Estonia Piano Company. Their unique and enigmatic approach to marketing and expanding their dealer base sets them apart. As someone who is close to Dr. Indrek Laul, the owner of the company, I can attest to his humble and unassuming nature. He not only possesses immense business acumen but also showcases exceptional talent as a pianist.
For a solid 15 years, I have had the privilege of working closely with the Estonia Piano Company. Throughout this time, their factory has consistently provided excellent communication and assistance not to mention an outstanding product. Whenever I required something, they were prompt in meeting my needs without hesitation.
I take great pride in representing the Estonia Piano Company for as long as I have had the privilege to know them. Initially, I represented them through my previous employer, and now I continue to do so under the esteemed R. Kassman. Despite having the opportunity to explore other avenues, I remained loyal to Estonia due to the exceptional quality of their pianos and unwavering support from the entire company.
In the latter part of 2007, I had my very first encounter with Estonia. It happened right after I left my position as a factory representative at Baldwin Piano Company.
A dear friend of mine, who happened to own a piano store, asked me to share my thoughts on a piano. Little did I know that playing that first chord would leave me utterly speechless. The tone and touch of the Estonia piano were simply mind-blowing. It left an indelible mark on me, one that I will carry with me forever.
Determined To Represent Estonia Piano Company
As a proud business owner, I was determined to represent this remarkable line of pianos. When I approached Dr. Laul to express my interest, he explained that due to the presence of a dealer in close proximity to my store, I wouldn’t be able to carry Estonia Piano Company products. Of course, this was something I completely understood, as it’s a common practice among piano companies. However, little did I know that a few years later, fate would lead me to develop a direct and intimate relationship with Estonia pianos.

During my time working with another company, I delved deep into the world of Estonia Piano Company. It was in this immersive experience that I gained an intricate understanding and knowledge of their pianos. From that point onwards, I knew deep in my heart that representing Estonia pianos would always be a passion of mine.
My Personal Experience
When I bought R. Kassman Piano from Mr. Kassman in 2019, I had high expectations for the Estonia Piano Company. And I must say, I wasn’t disappointed. Out of all the piano brands I explored, Estonia Piano Company stood out the most and I have never had any regrets.
There have been countless customers who originally planned to purchase a Yamaha piano but after playing the Estonia, they were overwhelmed with joy and decided to buy it right then and there. The same can be said for those who were considering Steinway and Kawai. This piano is truly a heavenly instrument.
